Orange Belt Requirements
All Previous Belt Requirements:
Demonstrate Basic Techniques
Back fist, Straight across elbows, Rear elbows, Straight back
elbows, Upward elbows, Downward elbows, Upper cut elbows
Self Defense Techniques:
Front hair grab-
1) Grab the attackers hand with your hand and secure it firmly in
your hand and apply pressure downward.
2) Execute a front kick to the attackers shin using the leg that
matches the arm that you grabbed the attackers hand with.
3) Execute a reverse punch to the face of the attacker.
4) Execute a rear leg front kick to the attackers groin.

Rear hair grab-
1) Execute a hammer fist with whichever arm is closer to the
attackers center line ( you may have to side step to one side or the
other in order top have a clear opening).
2) Execute a upwards elbow strike to the attackers chin using the
same arm that you did the hammer fist with.
3) Turn around facing your attacker with your hands up and execute a
rear leg roundhouse kick to the attackers outside thigh.
4) Execute a reverse punch down to your attackers jaw.

Front choke-
1) as soon as you are attacked bring your arms up and put your
forearms on top of the attackers arms.
2) Drop your weight down and back which will pull the attackers head
down and get his weight out over his toes.
3) Step in and execute an elbow strike to the side of the attackers
head.
4) Execute another elbow with the other arm to the attackers head
while also moving in on your attacker.
5) Then grab your attacker and execute a series of knee strikes to
your attacker’s solar plexus. Make sure that you maintain control of
your attacker throughout this entire series.

Take Downs Required:
Lapel grab- One hand-
1) Secure the attackers hand with yours using the same side to grab
with as
you were attacked with.
2) Execute a palm heel to the attackers nose and step inward.
3) Grab your attackers elbow and shoulder to execute a series of
knee strikes
to the attackers solar plexus.
4) Execute a rear elbow strike the attackers face and step away.
5) Execute a roundhouse kick to the outside of the attackers thigh.

Lapel grab- Two hand-
1) Bring one of your arms over the top of your attackers arm and
with the
other arm take it under the attackers other arm.
2) With your hands joined together to make one unit step backwards
in the
direction of whichever arm is on top of your attackers arm and pull
your
arms towards you.
3) The arm that is on bottom you will rotate it up towards your
other arm
which will cause a twisting motion of your attackers arms which
causes the
grip to break loose.
4) Then follow the rest of the above steps 3-5 of the One hand
